Job summary

Necomplus in Alicante is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team in a dynamic, international environment. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, analyze variances, and prepare analyses to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in Finance or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. English proficiency is essential for our international setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.
