Job summary

Necomplus in Alicante is seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in an international environment, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

You will analyze variances, prepare ad-hoc analyses, monitor costs and collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to drive accurate reporting and business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• English proficiency.
