Formación

  • 2 years of related experience in business management or similar.
  • Fluent/native Spanish required.
  • Driver’s license necessary.

Descripción del empleo

The Business Management Consultant will develop analytical, technical, and client handling skills by supporting the delivery of high-quality client services and projects with accuracy and timeliness.

The successful candidate will join our talented Business Management team and benefit from the Urban Science Employee Experience.

Essential duties include:
  • Tracking, processing, and analyzing operative, financial, and statistical data related to Dealer network performance to improve accuracy and quality.
  • Organizing independent Dealer visits based on performance results.
  • Providing remote and direct support to the Dealer Network, including general accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues, and reporting.
  • Presenting Business Management and KPI results at all levels, and suggesting improvement actions.
  • Training the Dealer Network on internal software use, data quality, map charts, and KPI analysis.
  • Serving as a client contact to respond to requests and inquiries, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring accurate and high-quality data for projects.
  • Participating in project meetings, presenting status updates, and communicating results clearly.
  • Performing other tasks and participating in special projects as required.

Qualifications include a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with 2 years of related experience, and the following competencies:

  • Fluent/native Spanish and intermediate English (B2-C1).
  • Proficiency in Business Management, KPI analysis, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Driver’s license.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge or experience in:

  • Any European language.
  • Global automotive retail network and dealership operations.
  • SQL programming language.

Location: Hybrid work model based in Madrid, requiring 2-3 days/week in the office and up to 20% travel regionally. Remaining work from home.
