Responsibilities

As our Junior Finance Analyst (Part-Time), you’ll be a key player in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. In this part-time role, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day accounting activities and support reporting and compliance across the board. Your responsibilities will include :

1. Managing accounts payable and receivable.
2. Posting journal entries and performing bank reconciliations.
3. Supporting monthly closings and financial reporting.
4. Assisting with VAT and tax declarations in line with Spanish regulations.
5. Preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
6. Working with tools like Holded, Sage, or similar accounting platforms.

Your Profile

1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
2. Strong understanding of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
3. Full autonomy in executing day-to-day accounting operations.
4. Experience liaising with auditors and preparing relevant documentation.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (Holded, Sage, or similar).
6. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
7. Spanish and English proficiency is a must.
