DER Touristik DMC Network in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join its international Finance team. You will review accounting entries, help with month-end closes and prepare financial reporting for management and the group.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, at least two years in accounting or finance, and solid SAP/Excel skills plus fluent English. The role offers a permanent contract and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax or reporting processes.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting and month-end closing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
• Experience with financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Excel or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within an international organization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and supervise accounting entries related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze revenue, expenses and provisions, ensuring the reliability of financial information.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform accounting reconciliations.
• Review customer and supplier ageing reports, following up on outstanding balances and debt.
• Review profit and loss statements and analyze variances against forecasts.
• Prepare and review information required for tax filings and liaise with external advisors.
• Support monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare periodic financial reporting for management and the corporate group.
• Enter and validate financial data within internal systems, including budgets, forecasts and reporting tools.
• Support external audits by providing the required information and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, proposing initiatives aligned with management objectives.

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:45, Friday: 09:00 - 14:45
