Join a leading organization in sustainability as a Junior Finance & Administration Manager. You will support financial operations and administration within a dedicated team aiming for a sustainable bioeconomy. This home-office position requires experience and a passion for sustainability, with full-time work starting July 2025.

Formación

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Liaise with RSB members, clients, and stakeholders for administration tasks.

RSB - Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials Association seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as Junior Finance & Administration Manager - ideal for an individual interested in furthering an international career in an organisation focused on sustainability and industry transformation.

Please note that this is a home-office position based in Spain, the United Kingdom, or Germany. You must already have a work permit or citizenship for one of these countries to apply. No relocation will be offered.

Your Role

As RSB's Junior Finance & Administration Manager, reporting to the Legal & Operations Associate Director and working closely with the Finance Lead and HR & Administration Manager, your responsibilities include:

Finance (Priority)
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Support financial closings and reporting
  • Help prepare, monitor, and forecast budgets
  • Handle reimbursement requests
  • Coordinate with accounting and auditing firms
Administration
  • Liaise with RSB members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Assist with performance indicator reporting
  • Collaborate on financial activities for programs
IT & Data Management
  • Support IT strategy and workflows
  • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce
  • Track IT equipment and depreciation
  • Assist with data privacy compliance
Requirements
About You

Based in Spain, the UK, or Germany, with relevant experience and a commitment to sustainability.

Education & Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for a global audience
  • Valid work permit or citizenship for Spain, UK, or Germany

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GDPR and Swiss Data Privacy Regulations
  • Proficiency in additional languages
