The Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) is seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Manager for a home-office position. Ideal candidates are proactive individuals with a commitment to sustainability and relevant experience in finance, capable of supporting the organization’s goals in managing financial and administrative tasks.

Formación

RSB - Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials Association seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as Junior Finance & Administration Manager. This role is ideal for someone interested in furthering an international career in an organisation focused on sustainability and industry transformation.

Please note that this is a home-office position based in Spain, the United Kingdom, or Germany. You must already hold a work permit or citizenship for one of these countries; no relocation will be offered.

Your Role

As RSB's Junior Finance & Administration Manager, you will report to the Legal & Operations Associate Director and collaborate closely with the Finance Lead and HR & Administration Manager. Your responsibilities include:

Finance (Priority)
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Support financial closings and reporting
  • Help with budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
  • Handle reimbursement requests
  • Coordinate activities with accounting and auditing firms
Administration
  • Liaise with RSB members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Assist with performance indicator reporting
  • Collaborate on financial activities for programmes
IT and Data Management
  • Support IT strategy, workflows, and system integrations
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related systems
  • Track IT equipment and depreciation
  • Assist with data privacy compliance
Requirements
About You

Based in Spain, the UK, or Germany with relevant experience and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Required - Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international or NGO sectors
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders globally
  • Valid work permit or citizenship for Spain, UK, or Germany; no relocation support
