Fever in Madrid is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large events from signed contract to final closing. You’ll coordinate with event organizers and internal teams, ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams, and translate product needs to HQ for implementation with product/engineering.

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent level of English and French; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract to closing.
• Be the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to meet timelines and quality.
• Communicate product needs to HQ and work with product/engineering.
• Create and maintain Q&A for user incidents managed by support.
• Ensure documentation for all project requirements.
• Possible on-site presence during launches or key dates.
