Clarity AI in Madrid is seeking a Junior Data Research Associate to ensure accurate ESG data and reliable sustainability impact measurements. Based in Madrid with remote/hybrid options, you will join the team responsible for data acquisition as a core part of our value proposition.

You will collect, verify and process data from financial, exchange, and regulator sources, support data projects, research ESG standards, and mentor contractors while collaborating across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written English communication (C1).
• Experience in data collection / data research or similar roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, databases, and BI tools (e.g., Quicksight).
• Experience in a startup or tech company is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collecting, verifying, and processing sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange, and government regulator websites and official reports.
• Assisting in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance and data monitoring.
• Conducting frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assisting in the development of methodologies for the collection of best‑in‑class data.
• Mentoring and training external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks.
• Performing ad hoc team projects as needed.
