Job Opportunity

We invite you to join our multidisciplinary international service Projects team within The Siemens Customer Service Business Unit. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical support for international service projects involving signaling and centralized traffic control systems, managing technologies such as Train Control systems (ERTMS L1, L2, CBTC, ASFA), Track vacancy detection systems, and point machines.
  2. Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and developing dynamic action plans using digital monitoring and data analytics tools.
  3. Proposing improvements to reduce system failures and enhance team responses, collaborating with Safety, Engineering, and R&D departments for continuous improvement.
  4. Supervising and following up on onsite work in railway projects worldwide, including notable projects like the Makkah-Madinah High-Speed Railway and Marmaray Istanbul.
  5. Participating in multicultural meetings with clients and experts globally.
  6. Conducting onsite inspections and project follow-ups.
  7. Supporting mobilization and ramp-up phases of new service projects.
  8. Providing training on railway technologies implemented in projects.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluent English (C level); Spanish is valuable.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
