Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish with native-level proficiency (C2).
• Four+ years of experience managing digital communications strategies in agencies or in-house.
• Experience managing social media channels with focus on LinkedIn and thought leadership.
• Ability to create content tailored to corporate environments.
• Proficient in social listening and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong planning and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital communications strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage client social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn, editorial planning, and KPI tracking.
• Design and implement content strategies for corporate audiences.
• Create and edit content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
• Manage client relationships and deliver projects successfully.
• Monitor conversations and manage reputational risks.
