Formación

Descripción del empleo

Provide immediate, in-person assistance to employees, addressing IT requests and resolving issues efficiently.

Meeting Room & Equipment Checks :
  1. Regularly inspect meeting rooms and critical equipment—including cable management, replacement, and testing—to ensure smooth operation during high-priority events.
Laptop Hardware Repair & Warranty Handling :
  1. Diagnose and fix common laptop hardware issues.
  2. Perform minor repairs and manage warranty claims to minimize downtime.
Ticket Management :
  1. Act as the first point of contact for IT support tickets.
  2. Resolve straightforward issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
General Qualities :

The candidate should be very polite, have sufficient English for effective conversation, and be punctual.

Job Requirements :
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.
  • Knowledge of End User technology and Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
  • Proficiency with End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
  • Experience with ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.
  • Soft skills: Planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Excellent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
