Job summary

Alex, an AI-powered startup within the Legálitas Group, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to strengthen our Data & BI team. Your mission is to turn data into actionable insights by preparing recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, and investigating performance trends with data accuracy across tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering and 1–2 years in Data Analysis or a similar role.
Proficient SQL with joins, aggregations and COUNT(DISTINCT).
Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools; Excel pivot tables and data cleaning.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports covering acquisition, retention and monetization.
Maintain and improve dashboards, enabling teams to independently track key business metrics.
Investigate changes in performance indicators and identify the reasons behind them.
Ensure data consistency across different tools and flag discrepancies or unexpected results.
Support ad-hoc analyses for campaigns and user behaviour.
Document metrics, queries and reporting processes to ensure knowledge is shared across the team.
