Job summary

FERO is hiring a Junior Data Analyst in Madrid (Hybrid) to support the Go-To-Market data workflows and lead-generation processes. You will operate and optimize our data pipeline from multiple sources to the CRM, ensuring data quality and usable datasets for the GTM team.

You'll work with tools like Apollo, Wappalyzer, and standard BI platforms while learning to automate and scale data workflows. Strong curiosity, reliability, and quick learning are valued traits for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL and scripting in Python.
• Solid SQL skills (basic to intermediate); PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio).
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or similar.
• Awareness of LLMs and AI agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor).
• Experience with web scraping and Jupyter notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the lead processing workflow across sources to CRM and GTM.
• Clean, transform, enrich, and validate data before uploading to CRM.
• Maintain and improve API integrations and data enrichment processes.
• Automate manual processes to improve workflow consistency and scalability.
• Monitor the pipeline and troubleshoot issues; report GTM KPIs.
