Job Opportunity: Junior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Junior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join a long-term, fully remote engagement with a globally recognized client. This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield D365 F&O implementation, supporting the finance workstream of a strategic digital transformation initiative.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to contribute to all phases of the project, from requirements gathering to go-live support. This role is ideal for someone early in their Dynamics 365 career looking to gain deep project experience in a supportive and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank.
2. Collaborate with senior consultants and business users to understand and translate financial process requirements.
3. Support functional testing, data migration, and user training activities.
4. Document business processes, configurations, and project deliverables.
5. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and global project teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX, specifically in Finance modules.
• Understanding of finance operations and accounting fundamentals.
• Fluent in Spanish.
