Applus+ Laboratories in Madrid is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our IT & CYBERSECURITY laboratory. You will participate in security evaluations, contribute to R&D on new attack techniques, and support customers with technical reports.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, coding experience in Python, C or C++, knowledge of Git, and bilingual Spanish/English (B2). 0–2 years of experience and a passion for cybersecurity are welcome; the role offers a permanent, full-time

Formación

• Technical background such as Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent degree.
• Coding experience with Python / C / C++
• Documentary experience with Git
• Languages: Spanish and English (at least B2)
• Experience in the same position: 0-2 years
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-starter with a passion for professional growth
• Passion for technology and cybersecurity

Responsabilidades

• Acquire knowledge of key customer's technological solutions
• Gain understanding of cybersecurity requirements for products and customer facilities
• Carry out security evaluations in frameworks like LINCE, Common Criteria and SESIP
• Perform ad-hoc evaluations subject to customer constraints
• Work with technology vendors to meet certification requirements
• Identify and resolve challenges to ensure certification project success
• Write technical reports and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
