Job Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management
- Prepare and execute CTV campaign creatives, ensuring proper targeting, ad placements, and compliance with specifications.
- Manage the execution of campaigns across direct and programmatic platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
- Track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Adjust campaigns by modifying targeting, creatives, or budgets to meet objectives.
- Resolve issues related to ad delivery, creative discrepancies, targeting, or inventory in programmatic campaigns.
- Identify and fix discrepancies in tracking and reporting across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Act as liaison between sales, Customer Success, and clients to ensure campaign success.
- Provide performance insights and reports to stakeholders, recommending optimizations.
Supply & Market Insights- Collaborate with BI and technical teams to analyze supply parameters and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis on CTV partners, monitor margins, and ensure profitability.
- Implement and monitor minimum floor prices to maintain transaction integrity.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to the tech stack for better campaign results and efficiency.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of CTV advertising landscape, ad-serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and video formats.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights and inform decisions.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Attention to detail, familiarity with ad platforms, DSPs, reporting tools, and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of IAB standards and programmatic elements (DSP, SSP) is a plus.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
