Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join one of our growth teams. You will execute the testing roadmap by building live experiments, landing pages, and funnels using AI tools, collaborating with the Senior CRO Manager.

You will own parts of the roadmap as your judgment proves effective, shipping variants quickly while maintaining quality and clear documentation across tests and results.

Formación

• 1+ years hands-on CRO, growth, product, or digital marketing experience (built pages, run or supported tests, or shipped funnel changes).
• Strong design sense; can assess landing pages and build them with available tools.
• Bias for shipping: prioritize live variants over polishing, while maintaining momentum.
• Proactive: identify tasks without waiting for tickets and take action.
• Strong English communication; able to write hypotheses, tickets, and summaries daily.
• Good judgment on conversion opportunities; can evaluate pages and funnels for testing value.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; adapt priorities and make sensible decisions with messy data.
• AI-native habits: familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools in workflow.
• Attention to detail; tests must be set up correctly and double-checked.

About the role

RubyLabs is looking for a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join one of our product growth teams. You'll work directly with our Senior CRO Manager, turning a fast-moving testing roadmap into live experiments, new landing pages, and new funnels.

This is an execution role first. You'll take hypotheses from idea to live test - building the designs yourself with AI tools, setting up the experiments, and keeping the pipeline moving - while bringing your own test ideas to the table. The more your judgment proves out, the more of the roadmap you own.

Responsibilities

• Build new landing pages and funnels: create alternative landing page variants and funnel flows to test messaging, structure, and offers.
• Prepare designs with Claude: turn hypotheses into experiment mockups and variants using AI tools, without waiting on a designer.
• Set up experiments: configure A/B tests, define success metrics, and verify tracking before anything goes live.
• Manage the experiment pipeline: keep tickets clear and prioritized, brief engineers, and follow each test from setup to rollout.
• Contribute test ideas: study the funnel, competitors, and user behavior, and bring hypotheses to the roadmap alongside the senior's.
• Support analysis and documentation: help read results, document learnings, and keep the testing roadmap current.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, growth, product, or digital marketing - you've built pages, run or supported tests, or shipped funnel changes before.
• Design sense: you can tell a clean, convincing page from a cluttered one, and you can build one yourself with the tools at hand.
• Bias for shipping: you'd rather get a solid variant live today than polish it for a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
• Proactive: you don't wait for the next ticket; you spot what needs doing and do it.
• Strong English: clear written and verbal communication. You'll write hypotheses, tickets, and summaries daily.
• Good judgment on conversion opportunities: you can look at a landing page or funnel step and sense what's worth testing and why.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: priorities shift, briefs are incomplete, and data is messy. You make a sensible call and keep moving.
• AI-native habits: you already use Claude or similar tools in your work and want to push further.
• Attention to detail: experiments live or die on setup, and you check twice.

Nice to Have

• Experience with landing page builders, no-code tools, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, GrowthBook, or similar.
• Exposure to subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
