Your role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Credit & Collection Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth administrative operations and efficient management of rent collection processes across our portfolio. From handling payments and resolving charge backs to reconciling financial records and collaborating with OTAs, your work will be essential to the financial accuracy and operational success of Olala.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and tech systems to track, verify, and report financial transactions, always looking for ways to improve processes and resolve issues quickly.
