Job Description Summary

The Cost Analyst, reporting to the Plant Controller, will execute the plant´s costing activities performing financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget. Perform analysis and reporting for the budget and forecast process for assigned areas.
  • Collaborate in budgetary control, analyzing with those responsible the deviations produced.
  • Collaborate with the different departments of the plant in the control and monitoring of expenses and investments, providing them with the necessary information.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of documentation for grants.
  • Support CI and Operations in the control of plant waste.
  • Carry out the monthly closure processes.
  • Carry out the appropriate controls established by the Corporation.
  • Participate in monthly and annual inventories.
  • Collaborate on financial control of plant projects.

About You

We are looking for a graduate in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business Studies, or a similar field, with strong analytical skills and the ability to organize their own work. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential,

Other Required Skills And Knowledge Include

  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. There will be continuous interaction with European and American teams.
  • Ideally experience working with ERP/financial systems (SAP is desirable).
  • Ideally experience in cost accounting or understanding through university courses.
  • Open to career mobility and flexible to relocating or transitioning into new roles/locations.
