Junior Contractor - Field Marketing Coordinator

Our Marketing department is hiring a Junior Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region to support marketing programs that enhance partner engagement and field marketing success. The role involves working closely with regional teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, events, and communications aligned with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Embark on embodying Nozomi Networks' Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust.
• Assist in planning and executing field and partner marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support creation and distribution of partner enablement materials.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist senior managers in executing regional/local marketing activities.
• Research activities and help build business cases for funding and approvals.
• Handle procurement processes like raising POs, processing contracts, and facilitating payments.
• Manage fulfillment logistics, including stock and shipping inventory.
• Coordinate activities related to logistics, budgeting, content, scheduling, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines within budget.
• Oversee lead management from acquisition to nurturing and follow-up.
• Utilize tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense, and Tech Target.

Qualifications for Success:

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in executing marketing programs.
• Second language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partner relations, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
• Proactive attitude with multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including LinkedIn campaigns, TechTarget, SEO/SEM.
• Experience organizing local/regional events.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural, decentralized teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid growth and change.
• Experience in B2B Field Marketing or Campaign roles, preferably in security or enterprise software.
• Creative thinking and outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
