Junior Contractor - Field Marketing Coordinator

Location: Spain

Our Marketing department is seeking a Junior Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator for EMEA to support marketing programs and initiatives that enhance partner engagement and field marketing success. The role involves working closely with regional marketing teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, events, and communications, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Embodies Nozomi Networks' cultural pillars and mission to protect with transparency and trust.
2. Assists in planning and executing field and partner marketing initiatives.
3. Coordinates logistics for events, webinars, and campaigns, maintaining project oversight.
4. Supports creation and distribution of partner enablement materials.
5. Collaborates with teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
6. Tracks and reports campaign performance and ROI.
7. Supports regional activities with senior managers.
8. Researches activities and assists in building business cases for funding.
9. Handles PO raising, contracts, and payments.
10. Coordinates fulfillment, inventory, and shipping logistics.
11. Executes activities related to logistics, budgeting, content, scheduling, and social media.
12. Manages multiple projects under the guidance of the Global Director, ensuring communication and deadlines are met.
13. Manages lead acquisition, nurturing, and follow-ups from marketing activities.
14. Works with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense, and Tech Target.

Qualifications for success:

1. Strong project management and organizational skills for marketing execution.
2. Second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
3. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partner relations, or event coordination.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
6. Proactive attitude with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of digital marketing, including LinkedIn, TechTarget, SEO/SEM.
8. Experience organizing local and regional events.
9. Ability to work with diverse, cross-cultural teams.
10. Flexibility to adapt to growth and change.
11. Experience in B2B Field Marketing or Campaign roles, preferably in security or enterprise software.
12. Creative and effective communicator.
13. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
14. Strong problem-solving skills.
