Junior Contractor - Field Marketing Coordinator

Location: Spain

We are seeking a Junior Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator for EMEA to support marketing programs that enhance partner engagement and field marketing success. The role involves collaborating with regional teams, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, events, and communications aligned with global strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust.
• Assist in planning and executing field and partner marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support creation and distribution of partner enablement materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and branding.
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Support regional field marketing activities with senior managers.
• Research activities, build business cases for funding and approvals.
• Manage PO raising, contracts, and payments.
• Coordinate fulfillment, inventory, and shipping logistics.
• Execute activities including logistics, budgeting, content, scheduling, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Global Marketing Director, ensuring clear communication and deadlines.
• Handle lead acquisition, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
• Work with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense, and TechTarget.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partner relations, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
• Proactive attitude with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaigns.
• Experience organizing local and regional events.
• Ability to work with a diverse, cross-cultural team.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid growth and change.
• Experience in B2B Field Marketing or Campaign roles, preferably in security or enterprise software.
• Creative thinking and outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
