Our goal is to assist clients in achieving success with their regulation and compliance strategies and implementations. We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Junior Content Writer to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging web content, devise content strategies, and handle research, writing, and proofreading tasks. Your responsibilities will also include creating social media content, SEO-focused articles, and a variety of marketing materials.

Core Responsibilities

1. Produce and publish one in-depth SEO article each week.
2. Develop and schedule daily content for our social media channels.
3. Write weekly content for our clients, ensuring it meets their specific needs.
4. Craft short-form content, including YouTube descriptions and social media captions.
5. Ensure consistency in style and presentation across all documents.
6. Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong web and content writing skills with the ability to create engaging copy.
2. Experience in developing content strategies and conducting detailed research.
3. Proficient in crafting compelling narratives across multiple formats, such as blogs, articles, and social media.
4. A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business or Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in content creation.
5. Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Collaborative and adaptable with a quick learning curve.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience in content creation across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing.
2. Proven ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise, and engaging content.
3. Experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
4. Interest in drones and advanced air mobility, with a focus on civilian applications.
5. Familiarity with the drone industry, aviation, or emerging technologies.
6. Previous experience in an agency setting, managing multiple clients and projects.
7. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
8. Experience with video scriptwriting or multimedia content.
9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly in a remote work setting.
10. Knowledge of audience engagement and content optimization techniques.
