Junior Consultant – FMCG Star Leadership Development Program

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Consultant, you will :

• Participate in Real Assignments : Gain hands-on experience across our areas of expertise in RTM, RGM, and digital transformation.
• Take on impactful projects, such as optimizing RTM strategies, designing pricing models, and improving distributor performance.
• Experience in High-Impact Projects : Work on ongoing strategic projects that directly impact our client’s growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to solve real-world business challenges.
• Master Digital Tools and Platforms : Gain expertise in tools like PowerBI, advanced Excel modeling, and AI-powered dashboards.
• Leverage data-driven insights to develop actionable business recommendations.
• Enhance your ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive innovation.
• Work with multifunctional client teams in the largest FMCG companies.
• Build Global Perspective : Collaborate with diverse teams across regions and markets.
• Explore opportunities to work in international assignments or emerging markets.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are :

• Educational Background : Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like PowerBI is a plus.
• Skills and Competencies : Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and across functions.
• Experience : Internships, co-op programs, or 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are an asset, especially for global roles and will be tested during the interview.
• Other requirements : Must have right to work in EU.
