As we continue to expand our UK operations, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success team. About the Role

As a Junior Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and maximise the value of our platform. You will be responsible for creating conversion tools with interactive content, setting up the Leadoo platform, and training end users on how to best leverage it.

Your mission will be to guide customers through a smooth onboarding process—from setting up conversion tools (such as chatbots and interactive elements) to helping them achieve their conversion goals. You’ll work closely with customers, leading meetings, managing onboarding projects, and tailoring interactive content to suit their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to using the platform.
  • Interactive Content Creation: Design and build high-converting interactive content (e.g., chatbots, conversion tools) to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Training & Support: Educate and empower end users to fully utilise the platform through hands-on training and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to enhance onboarding strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas to optimize the onboarding process and enhance customer experience.

Who You Are

  • Excellent English language skills, including oral and written communication. Any other additional languages such as Swedish, Finnish, Polish, or Dutch is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role. Prior experience in a SaaS company or marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You are excited to learn about new industries and passionate about creating innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Professional experience or educational background in Marketing is an advantage. An understanding of B2B & B2C marketing is essential.
