About the role :
As a Junior Cisco Tech Presales Specialist, you will be responsible for working in the CISCO solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor). You will work internally and externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
What you'll do :
- Support the design and configuration of vendor solutions with the sales team, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.
- Create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools.
- Engage in internal discussions with European CISCO teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
- Manage workshops and training sessions.
- Provide high-quality service to meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
- Handle product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
- Achieve the required level of technical knowledge in the product or technology group and obtain relevant vendor accreditation.
What we're kindly looking for :
- Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
- Experience in CCNA Routing & Switching.
- Knowledge of Webex, telephone exchanges, and VOIP.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the complete CISCO portfolio and experience in pre-sales and business development tasks for each architecture.
- Mandatory: Certification in CCNA.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
- Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
