As an Account Executive, you will be part of the Account Management team, providing day-to-day service to one or more non-competing clients. Your role involves acting as the primary contact with the client team, managing activities and projects from an execution perspective. You will coordinate client requests internally within the agency and with other teams such as Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media, or external suppliers.

Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is crucial. You will report to an Account Manager or Account Director, who will lead the account.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establishing direct relationships with the client's marketing team and internal departments.
  2. Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
  3. Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and offline/online projects.
  4. Preparing briefs, status reports, reviews, meetings, and presentations.
  5. Providing updates to senior Account Management staff.
  6. Handling budgeting and billing coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields, or approximately 1 year of client management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, being dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Openness to new ideas and change.
