Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Dutch Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)

We are seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the Dutch market to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Achieve productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Create compelling proposals and pitch ideas over the phone and email.
• Maintain high levels of client interaction and customer service.

Requirements:

• Native or C2 level Dutch with a B2 level of English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business goal ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
