The Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, your role is to contact clients to improve campaigns. You will provide advice—focused on value, not aggressive sales. Your daily tasks will include:

• Acting as a trusted consultant during customer onboarding
• Developing PPC campaigns
• Understanding customer needs and goals
• Increasing spending, upselling, and promoting sustainability
• Handling a high volume of potential customers via phone calls

Ideal Profile

• You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising; sales experience (not mandatory); outbound calling experience
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus
• Good computer handling skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify relevant information
• Passion for online display advertising
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; service-oriented, professional, and thorough
