About the team

We're building a new CX Strategy Consulting team at Atento to help our clients reimagine the User Experience of their customers. This team will be responsible for deeply understanding our clients' needs and craft holistic, end-to-end, tech-enabled CX solutions to ensure they deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll work in a cross-functional team alongside CX Business Consultants, CX Design Consultants, and CX Architecture Consultants to develop custom CX solutions. Internally, you will champion Atento’s shift from call center solutions to a tech-driven, holistic CX solutions provider.

About the job

As a CX Business Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies aligned with client business objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting compelling business cases, and presenting strategic proposals to client stakeholders—including C-level executives—to transform their customer experiences. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., technology and design) to ensure solutions are innovative and feasible.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Create comprehensive CX strategies based on market analysis, customer insights, and business goals.
  2. Business Case Creation: Develop and present data-driven justifications for CX transformation investments, measuring ROI and long-term benefits.
  3. Client Engagement & Facilitation: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions with clients (including board-level presentations).
  4. Market Research & Benchmarking: Analyze industry trends, competition, and best practices to tailor CX solutions for industry-specific challenges.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design teams to align strategic visions with customer journey maps, and with solutions architects to ensure strategies are technically viable.
What you are likely a good fit if you have:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in management or strategy consulting roles.
  2. Strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
  3. Excellent workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
  4. Experience creating or working with business cases.
  5. Client-facing sales capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Flexibility to travel and willingness to meet clients onsite.
  8. Fluent in English and Spanish.
