Your main tasks will be:

1. Participate in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
2. Support the product owner with decision-making, acting as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
3. Analyze and translate business needs into user stories and process flows.
4. Manage backlogs and define product requirements.
5. Identify areas for improvement.
6. Ensure solutions align with business requirements.
7. Maintain product functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
8. Support testing activities including scenario creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting results.
9. Learn and deepen knowledge of trade finance solutions and their technical aspects.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, focusing on teamwork and communication.
11. Work in an international environment using English as the primary language.

Qualifications: Required Skills

• Project Management / Agile basics
• Soft skills such as assertive communication (oral and written), time management, stakeholder management
• Banking and Finance Knowledge (highly desirable)
• 6 months of experience
• Spanish (highly desirable)
• Basics of SQL

This is a hybrid position based in Málaga, Spain. Relocation is mandatory.
