Räder and Reifendatenbank (RRDB) - Wheels and Tires Databese is a project that develops a solution for an Excel-based process used across all VW Brands. This project was originally developed by an internal team in Germany, and the idea is to transfer it to Digital : Hub to continue development.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with design, frontend, backend, and testing teams to build scalable, robust products.
• Apply best practices such as testing, code reviews, DDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to designing cluster architecture.
• Create automated tests and alerts.
• Analyze new functionalities and system improvements.
• Maintain and create DevOps pipelines, deployment configurations, and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Utilize knowledge of TypeScript and Angular.
• Work with AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and VPC.
• Manage IAM - Identity & Access Management.
• Understand communication protocols like REST and gRPC.
• Follow development and architecture patterns, including TDD and DDD.
• Adhere to Clean Code principles.

Requirements :

• Higher Education or Engineering Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, capable of fluent conversations.
• Organized, proactive, and committed to high-quality standards.
• Ability to propose improvements and detect issues.
