A leading company in the machine tool industry seeks a candidate to manage HAIMER product lines in Spain. This role involves technical support, customer training, and extensive travel across Spain. Ideal candidates have a technical background and strong customer service skills.

Formación

  • Completed technical education, ideally with further specialization in mechanical engineering.
  • Initial technical expertise required.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and directly.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the entire product line of HAIMER products with focus on installations.
  • Conduct customer training and provide pre- and post-sales support.
  • Answer technical sales calls and install machines at customer sites.

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain

Your responsibilities include managing the entire product line of HAIMER products, with a focus on machine installations. After comprehensive training, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and participate in exhibitions. The role also involves answering technical sales calls, offering technical customer service both in the field and over the phone, installing machines at customer sites, and supporting sales and technical inquiries.
