We are looking for an

Associate / Junior Machine Translation & Artificial Intelligence Consultant

to join our AI Team. This dynamic role provides junior-level support for our AI / MT consultants. The primary responsibilities include serving as a subject-matter expert (SME) on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Translation (MT) to support sales during pre-sales and managing key client relationships for both new and existing clients. The successful candidate will assist in client consultations, requirements gathering, opportunity identification, and presenting AI and MT solutions to meet business needs. Additionally, the Associate AI / MT Consultant will support internal teams on implementing Generative AI solutions developed internally or by third parties, enhancing operational efficiency. The role involves interaction with various stakeholders, including clients, sales, project managers, and technical teams, with potential career progression to senior roles.

• Support functions include managing prequalification questionnaires, analyzing opportunities, and providing tailored recommendations using platforms like MT / AI Hub.
• Offer dedicated MT / AI consulting for large enterprise clients, collaborating with senior consulting and implementation teams.
• Act as an SME in sales opportunities involving AI & MT, leading client presentations and advising sales strategies.
• Maintain documentation repositories and templates on SharePoint and Bookstack.
• Oversee the implementation of MT and AI solutions, proposing pilots, defining roadmaps, and setting KPIs.
• Conduct market research on new AI technologies and solutions for process optimization.
• Contribute to RFP and RFI response repositories.
• Coordinate pre-production tasks with the AI / MT Implementation team.
• Monitor opportunity lifecycle from pre-sales to closure, analyzing trends for improvement.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills: Technical mindset with the ability to understand complex concepts.

Required Experience and Qualifications: BS/BA, experience in localization and translation technologies, familiarity with MT, Generative AI, LLM, NLP solutions, direct sales or client management experience, industry knowledge, fluency in English and French/German, excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience: Ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail, project management experience, proactive and service-oriented attitude.
