Eurofirms Services is hiring an Ads Solution Junior Key Account Manager in Madrid to drive client growth with data-driven advertising and strong partnerships. You will manage campaigns, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across EU markets.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital advertising, fluent English, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This on-site permanent role offers a competitive salary plus a 200€ restaurant card and

Formación

• Experience in digital advertising across agency, DSP, performance marketing, or publisher sides.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and related platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing or data analysis is valued.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the European advertising ecosystem is a plus.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).

Responsabilidades

• Support achievement of annual revenue targets across the EU market.
• Translate client needs into data-driven advertising strategies.
• Manage daily client communication (email, calls, meetings).
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on the Ads platform.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients across industries and with global product/ops teams.
