A leading home automation company is seeking a Junior Accountant for its finance team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting and professional language skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, alongside accounting experience. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, generating financial reports, and working closely with the finance team in a dynamic office environment. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to be part of the Finance team based in Barcelona. If you have experience in Accounting we'd like to talk to you!

Main Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Generate and validate financial reports
  • Ensure precise, up-to-date customer data management and control for smooth operations
  • Manage internal invoicing processes
  • Provide support for audits
  • Contribute to monthly company reports, supporting the finance team with key data and insights

Core Skills / experience :

  • Solid experience in accounting with a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong grasp of general accounting principles and practices
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Works well within a team to drive success and support colleagues
  • Demonstrates a high level of dedication to tasks, ensuring quality and timely results
