Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar en el mercado francés.
• Conocimientos avanzados de ERP y Excel son imprescindibles.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de todas las operaciones contables diarias y seguimiento de gastos.
• Asistencia en la preparación de los cierres mensuales y anuales.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Junior Accountant will be:

1. Your main responsibilities are: data entry and record keeping, collection tracking, expense tracking, collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
2. Managing all accounting daily operations
3. Preparing payment and authorization files
4. Assistance with the preparation of the month-end and year-end close processes
5. Ensuring control over financial transactions
6. Supporting administration department
7. Additional administrative duties as necessary

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. You have a native level of French and a fluent level of English; Spanish is a plus
2. You have a degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar
3. You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the French market
4. You have high knowledge of ERP (SAP, SAGE, Navision, or similar) and Excel
5. You have interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment
6. You are able to prioritize workload and work with strict reporting deadlines
