An established industry player is seeking a Junior Accountant Analyst to join their dynamic financial team. Formación

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance department.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

  • Preparing monthly financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant Analyst at Recurrent Energy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in accounting and reporting processes to meet the operational requirements of the department with efficiency and excellence. You will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Reporting Analyst, as well as the rest of the financial team, to manage daily accounting operations and interact with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recording accounting entries
  2. Conducting bank reconciliations
  3. Analyzing and monitoring financial transactions
  4. Supporting the preparation of financial statements
  5. Preparing monthly financial reports
  6. Ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations (PGC and USGAAP)
  7. Managing documents and supporting administrative tasks
  8. Controlling receipts and payments and analyzing discrepancies
  9. Assisting in preparing the company's cash flows
  10. Recording receipts and payments in ERP software
  11. Coordinating and communicating with other departments
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance department
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
  • Good command of English (minimum B2, with C1 or above preferred)
  • Highly detailed analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of USGAAP
  • Knowledge of filing self-assessment tax returns
