Descripción del empleo

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while contributing to the growth of the business. Working in close collaboration with internal departments such as technical services, logistics, and senior account managers, you will balance maintaining existing client relationships with developing new opportunities in Spain and Portugal. This role is ideal for a dynamic, people-oriented professional with a passion for sales, international collaboration, and travel.

As our new Junior Account Manager you:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
  2. Develop new business opportunities and establish partnerships in the assigned market areas.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as logistics, technical service, and senior team members, to align on strategy and execution.
  4. Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions and service benefits.
  5. Monitor market trends and product developments, providing regular updates to the Commercial and Managing Directors.
  6. Draft and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring alignment with established terms and conditions (e.g., INCOTERMS and payment terms).
  7. Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and international events, strengthening the brand’s presence and fostering relationships.
  8. Participate in weekly sales and account management meetings to align on goals and progress.
  9. Set and track annual personal goals in consultation with the Senior Account Manager and Business Unit Leader.

Your profile:

  1. Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and decision-makers.
  2. A proactive and resilient attitude, with a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
  3. Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sales acumen and a natural ability to connect with people.
  5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally in an international context.
  6. A passion for traveling and working in a multicultural, international team environment.
