What You'll Do
- Act as the first line of support for our publishers on layout and ad-related issues.
- Support the team in implementing ad tags and creative placements across publisher websites.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
- Help translate client issues into internal tickets and track resolution.
- Learn to work with platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM) , Prebid , and other AdTech tools.
What You Bring
- Basic hands-on knowledge of CSS and HTML (must-have); able to inspect or lightly modify front-end code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn technical tools.
- Fluent in English (B2+) and one additional European language is required (German or Portuguese).
- Good communicator, organized, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Based in Madrid and available to work on-site , with flexibility for 24 remote workdays per year .
