Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst for Amazon's AMXL team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data warehouses, proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), and an understanding of business context for creating KPIs/metrics. Experience in logistics, operations, or related supply chain areas, and a B2/C1 level in English are required.

The role involves developing SQL/ETL queries, accessing data warehouses and Redshift clusters, creating automated reports, and developing KPIs for team and transportation performance. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, conducting root cause analysis, engaging with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and presenting data insights professionally. Experience with SQL, ETL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma is preferred. The candidate should have strong decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
