For our office in Barcelona, Farmaprojects is looking for a new Junior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Market Intelligence Department.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough market research to gather data on pharmaceutical generic products, competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Analyse market data using various techniques such as statistical analysis, data modelling, and segmentation to identify patterns and trends.
- Monitor regulatory changes, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement policies affecting the pharmaceutical generic industry.
- Track and analyse the activities of key competitors, including product launches, pricing strategies, market share, and positioning.
- Provide insights on competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies to support the development of competitive advantage.
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in the market to guide business strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing market insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and product development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market intelligence is integrated into business strategies and decision-making processes.
Requirements :
- Around 2-4 years within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, health science (pharmaceuticals, chemistry…)
- High analytical skills (sales, market trends, market research, competitive or business intelligence) within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the generic segment.
- Big expertise consolidating program tools and data models to help visualize or monitor data.
- Team player shares a common goal and contributes beyond his / her needs.
- Communication skills, open mind for knowledge and new experience.
- Knowledge about project management frameworks to provide a structured approach for project planning, monitoring, and control.
- Structured thinking with logical, problem-solving mindset.
- High proactivity, coordination skills and being a team worker are describing your way of working best.
