We are currently looking for an experienced Software Implementation Specialist to onboard our customers, helping them:

• Execute exemplary implementation projects with a deep understanding of our solution.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout the implementation phase.

Role Overview

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will guide customers through the initial stages of Orquest setup and implementation, focusing on driving time-to-value and meeting delivery timeframes. Your primary responsibility will be integrating and configuring the customer's data into the Orquest solution. During and after post-implementation, you will work closely with our Project Manager and Customer Success team to assist customers with technical queries.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the Orquest expert and key point of contact for stakeholders during implementation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
2. Assist the Project Manager in developing implementation plans that outline outcomes, dependencies, timelines, and milestones.
3. Train and support customers in effectively integrating their data into the Orquest solution.
4. Lead multiple onboarding calls to ensure successful implementation.
5. Oversee configuration, setup, and data loading, providing support during onboarding and rollout phases via various channels.
6. Ensure that the customer's environment is configured to meet their requirements efficiently and on time.
7. Analyze, identify, and document customer-specific needs to tailor the solution accordingly.
8. Define and execute a test plan, ensuring the solution functions properly and meets customer expectations in terms of quality and performance.
9. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to meet project objectives, deadlines, and milestones.
10. Continuously improve and optimize the Orquest setup process.

Skills and Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience in SaaS, particularly in an implementation or post-sale Customer Success role.
2. Strong organizational and performance management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a talent for developing creative solutions to complex challenges.
5. Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL.
6. Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
7. Experience in software development is a plus.
