What You'll Do

You'll help us improve communication between brands and their customers by supporting client relationships, helping our customers unlock value from our AI-driven conversational solutions, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You'll act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring their needs are heard, understood, and effectively addressed.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years in customer-facing roles such as customer support, sales, operations, or similar (preferably in tech environments like SaaS or startups)

Experience with CRM tools, support platforms, or automation tools is a plus

Experience in startups, student-led tech projects, or bootcamps with a customer focus is highly valued

English and Spanish are a must
