Based in the vibrant town of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, we are looking to expand our team with a talented Social Media & Content Management Assistant. This is an on-site position (remote work is not generally available). If digital communication is your passion and you're eager to be part of two meaningful projects that create real impact, we want to hear from you! This position involves working on two parallel projects: on one hand, managing social media and providing support for Anima della Terra Academy, an online school specialized in Tarology courses, an innovative approach that uses Tarot as a tool for personal development, inspired by the work of Alejandro Jodorowsky.



The Academy is a leader in the Italian market and is planning to expand into English-speaking markets. On the other hand, you’ll manage social media for Koffushi Café-Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz, a new community hub dedicated to healthy, sustainable, and ethical food. Responsibilities: Manage social media channels, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads by creating and scheduling engaging and relevant content. Implement digital communication strategies to increase interaction and engagement within both communities. Create and edit visual and video content (reels, stories, posts, etc.). Respond to messages and comments, encouraging dialogue with the audience. Support the secretary and assist in the general management of both projects. Use AI tools to optimize content strategies. Research trends and tailor communication to different target audiences. Collaborate with the team to promote events, launches, and in-store activities. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships. Requirements: Genuine interest in the field of personal development and conscious lifestyles Excellent command of English,



Italian, and Spanish. Experience in social media management and content creation. Proficiency with AI tools, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads. Skills in video and graphic editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere or similar). Familiarity with AI for digital content (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.). Creativity, storytelling ability, and sensitivity to personal growth journeys. Genuine interest in the field of personal development. Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
