Formación

  • Experiencia en simulaciones numéricas y diseño de dispositivos.
  • Experiencia probando dispositivos fotónicos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de programación en Python, Matlab o LabView.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar circuitos integrados fotónicos implementando primitivas criptográficas.
  • Colaborar con un equipo multidisciplinario en investigaciones de alta calidad.

Offer Description

Are you passionate about disruptive research and improving digital security? Come join the line of Integrated Photonic Technology for Security in a vibrant opportunity.

We’re looking for a Research Assistant to join our team and help shape the future of photonic security. You’ll play a key role in designing photonic integrated circuits implementing cryptographic primitives (e.g., PUF, TRNG), contributing to achieve the goals of several ongoing research projects and industrial contracts. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality research that makes a difference.

This is a full-time post (37,5 hours / week), open-ended. The salary range will be Grade M2 / M3 (approx. 29,000€ - 40,000€ per annum, gross).

You should have :

  • A BSc or an MSc in Photonics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Experience of performing numerical simulations and designing integrated devices.
  • Experience testing photonic devices.
