Job description : OneForma is seeking contributors for Project Rubric, a remote opportunity to support the training of Generative AI models. This project involves evaluating prompts and AI-generated responses by creating and refining rubrics that define high-quality outputs.

Purpose :

Contributors will help define the criteria that guide AI models to produce clear, relevant, and useful responses. Your insights will directly influence how AI understands and responds to user input.

Location :

Remote work opportunity (please note the list of excluded countries below).

How it Works :

If selected, you will be provided with prompts and AI-generated responses. Your task will be to assessthese responses and help shape or refine rubrics used to evaluate their quality.

Main Requirements :

Native speaker of one of the following languages : Farsi (Persian)

Excellent analytical, logical, and creative thinking skills

Familiarity with Generative AI systems is an advantage

Must not reside in the following countries : Afghanistan, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, >
