A leading company in munitions seeks a Product Engineer to analyze market trends and define product strategies for both national and international operations. As an integral part of the technical support team, the role requires strong engineering expertise, market insight, and English proficiency. Candidates with a background in the defense sector are preferred, bringing valuable insights to product development.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in product design and development.
• High level of English (B2-C1) required.
• Desirable: Experience in the Defense sector.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market user needs and define product roadmap.
• Manage competitiveness and profitability strategy.
• Provide technical support to Sales and during contract negotiations.

• Analysis of the market to identify user needs and product trends
• Definition of the product roadmap
• Maintainance and development the competitiveness of the offer, leading the strategy to generate value and profitability in the short and long term
• Analysis of the client's technical requirements
• Promote profitable investments in the development of products demanded by users
• Provide technical support to Sales department in offers, promotion, and contract negotiation
• Participation in the bidding process, evaluating technical requirements and risks
• Preparation technical-commercial specifications, product configuration template for the commercial order, commercial catalog brochures,
• Promote the search for financing for investments, CAPEX and external
• Liaison between the sales representative of each country and the technical area manager
• Masters Degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in product design and development
• English High level (B2-C1)
• National and International travels are required
• Desirable : Experience in the Defense sector
