Overview

Location: Málaga (On-site) | Start Date: 03/11/2025

Languages: Advanced German + Advanced English (C1)

Contract: Permanent | Schedule: Mon–Fri, rotating shifts between 9 AM – 6 PM

Your Mission

You'll be the voice of our client — a leading financial institution — providing top-tier customer service in both German and English, via phone and email.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced German speaker (minimum C1)
• Advanced English (minimum C1)
• Previous customer service experience
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time contract (39h / week)
• €22,000 gross annual salary + 1,500 euros sign-on bonus
• 2-month trial period
• Monday–Friday rotating schedule (9 AM–6 PM)
• Paid on-site training (Mon–Thu, 8 AM–8 PM)
